No, in interpreting them we should bear in mind that these terms belong also to the vocabulary of physics. An electric point, for example, has a negative and a positive polarity. When we transpose those terms from the physical plane to the psychic plane, we apply the positive, emissive nature to the masculine principle and the negative, receptive nature to the feminine principle.
