Lavorate soltanto per diventare luminosi / Ideal - how to share it with others / Idéal - comment le faire partager aux autres

• Non basta sentirsi animati da un ideale di giustizia, di onestà, di bontà, e volere che quell'ideale si realizzi nel mondo. Se non sapete come agire, vi scontrate continuamente con gli altri e finite per scoraggiarvi. Che fare allora? Lasciare semplicemente gli altri tranquilli e continuare a perfezionarvi. Così, a poco a poco, quando vi presenterete davanti a loro, li impressionerete per la vostra luce; vedendovi, essi capiranno di essersi smarriti lungo strade fangose. Finché volete assolutamente mostrare agli altri che hanno preso una strada sbagliata, sprofondate con loro nel fango. Lavorate soltanto per diventare luminosi, e quando gli altri vi incontreranno, senza neppure che diciate qualcosa, capiranno che siete voi nel vero, e cercheranno di imitarvi.
• It is not enough to be motivated by an ideal of fairness, honesty and kindness and to want this ideal to be realized in the world. If you do not know how to behave, you continually clash with others and end up discouraged. So, what should you do? Quite simply, let others be, and continue to improve yourself. In this way, little by little, whenever you happen to meet them, you will impress them with your light; when they see you, they will understand that they have strayed onto muddied paths.
  As long as you insist on showing people they are on the wrong path, you sink into the mud with them. Work only to become full of light, and when they meet you, without your even saying anything, they will understand you are in the right, and they will try to imitate you.
• Es genügt nicht, sich beseelt zu fühlen von einem Ideal der Gerechtigkeit, der Ehrlichkeit, der Güte und zu wünschen, dass sich dieses Ideal in der Welt verwirklichen möge. Wenn ihr nicht wisst, wie ihr handeln sollt, stoßt ihr euch ständig an den anderen und seid am Ende entmutigt. Was ist also zu tun? Ganz einfach: Lasst die anderen in Ruhe und fahrt fort, euch selbst zu vervollkommnen. So werdet ihr nach und nach jene, denen ihr begegnet, durch euer Licht beeindrucken. Wenn sie euch sehen, werden sie begreifen, dass sie sich auf schlammigen Pfaden verirrt haben. Solange ihr den Leuten unbedingt zeigen wollt, dass sie auf dem falschen Weg sind, versinkt ihr mit ihnen zusammen im Schlamm. Arbeitet nur daran, lichtvoll zu werden; wenn euch dann Leute begegnen, werden sie begreifen, dass ihr in der Wahrheit lebt, ganz ohne dass ihr etwas sagen müsst, und sie werden versuchen euch nachzuahmen.
• Il ne suffit pas de se sentir animé par un idéal de justice, d’honnêteté, de bonté, et de vouloir que cet idéal se réalise dans le monde. Si vous ne savez pas comment agir, vous vous heurtez continuellement aux autres, et vous finissez par vous décourager. Alors, que faire ? Tout simplement laisser les autres tranquilles et continuer à vous perfectionner. Ainsi, peu à peu, lorsque vous vous présenterez devant eux, vous les impressionnerez par votre lumière ; en vous voyant, ils comprendront qu’ils se sont égarés sur des chemins boueux. Tant que vous voulez absolument montrer aux gens qu’ils font fausse route, vous vous enfoncez avec eux dans la boue. Travaillez seulement à devenir lumineux, et quand ils vous rencontreront, sans même que vous disiez quoi que ce soit, ils comprendront que c’est vous qui êtes dans le vrai et ils chercheront à vous imiter.
